Chief Executive Officer
Dan Niccum is responsible for charting the path of the products and services delivered by Innovations Health. Dan’s experience includes designing and manufacturing wearable robotics and rehabilitation systems, running physician and hospital communications for a Fortune 200 health plan, and as chief marketing officer for a large long-term care organization. Dan has a broad background in evidence-based medicine, and ensures that the products and services we provide are the most efficient, effective, and efficacious available.
Ken McGuire, is a dynamic leader who has served as the president and chief executive officer of a 3,000 employee healthcare delivery company, as the chief finance officer responsible for turning around a failing $250 million health care company, and as a national sales manager for the fourth largest bank in America. Ken is an adjunct professor at the University of California at Davis Graduate School of Management teaching a course in the art of the turn-around, a craft he has perfected with organizations large and small. Ken is responsible for ensuring that the mission and vision of Innovations Health Systems remains true to its core principles.
EVP & COO
Jacob is a results-driven healthcare professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership, project management, and healthcare and hospital administration. Jacob is currently the EVP & COO over all company service lines and assets for Innovations Health Systems based out of Sacramento, CA. Previously, Jacob was the CEO at Fortune 500 Kindred Healthcare’s Acute Hospital in the San Francisco Bay Area, in which he was directly accountable for all hospital operations that included 450 employees, 100 physicians on the medical staff roster, and 55 Million in annual revenues. Jacob completed his Administrative Residency with Kindred Healthcare, Inc in their flagship hospital in Southern California.
In addition, he currently serves as a Board Member for the St Rose Hospital Foundation and is Adjunct Faculty at the University of California, Berkeley in Healthcare Disaster Management courses offered through the Graduate School of Public Health. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis and he obtained his first masters degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Services Administration from USC and he obtained a second masters degree in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley.
