CHONC is a general acute care hospital that provides comprehensive acute care for a wide range of pediatric patients.

Saratoga Pediatric Subacute – Saratoga is a skilled nursing facility licensed to provide pediatric subacute care for catastrophically injured and severely disabled children.
Day Health
Scribbles & Giggles Pediatric Day Health Centers (S&G) – S&G locations provide pediatric day health care and respite services, and on-site or in-school pediatric nursing care.
Urgent Care
CityHealth Urgent Care provides immediate medical care when attention is needed, but the situation is not life threatening and does not require an emergency room visit.

Innovations Health is the official sponsor of the 2022 Great American Triathlon
The 2022 Great American Triathlon will take place July 16 on the incomparable American River Parkway, and includes a 5.82-mile run downriver from William B. Pond Park in Carmichael to Cal State University, Sacramento, a 12.5-mile bike ride from Sac State to the Sunrise Bridge in Fair Oaks, and a 6.10-mile paddle from the Sunrise Bridge to River Bend Park in Rancho Cordova. The entire race takes place within the confines of the scenic American River Parkway, one of the most accessible waterways in America and the crown jewel of the Sacramento County Regional Parks Department.
